What Data We Sync

  • Orders and transactions

  • Tax collected

Common Questions

"My transactions aren't syncing"

Check these first: - Verify the Shopify integration is connected (green status) - Confirm you're looking at the correct date range - Check if there were any orders in the period

If still not syncing: - Contact support with your store URL

"Tax amounts don't match"

Discrepancies can occur due to: - Rounding differences between Shopify and state calculations - Tax-exempt orders - Product taxability settings - Shipping taxability by state

"I have multiple Shopify stores"

  • Each store needs to be connected separately

  • Make sure you're connecting the correct store to the correct Zamp account

Troubleshooting

Integration Shows "Disconnected"

  1. Contact Zamp support for assistance

Missing Historical Data

  • Zamp syncs data from the connection date forward

  • For historical data, you may need to provide CSV exports

  • Contact support to discuss importing historical transactions

Duplicate Transactions

If you see duplicate transactions: - Check if you have multiple integrations connected - Verify you're not also uploading manual CSV files for the same period
