To provide Zamp with access to your online tax filing portal accounts, you will need to add our filing email ([email protected]) as one of your multi-factor authentication (MFA) emails so we receive authorization codes at login. Once we have access, we can:
Connect our third-party filing account so we can file on your behalf
Make other updates to your account to ensure we receive important tax-related correspondence from the state

1) Select 'Manage My Profile'
Log into your online tax portal account and select 'Manage My Profile' on the right side of the page:
2) Select 'Change Two-Step Settings'
Under the Security card, select the link to 'Change Two-Step Settings':
3) Add an email to receive security codes
Under the Email card, select the link to 'Add Email':
4) Add Zamp's email
Enter [email protected] and select 'Save':
